Order Cancellation and Modification
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, associated fees, and risks related to return shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2 Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, printed, or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by the Company.
Any issues or defects must be reported promptly after delivery and supported with reasonable documentation (such as photographs).
3 Non-Custom Products
Where approved by the Company, eligible non-custom items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

Shipping and Delivery
The Company ships domestically and internationally. Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order has shipped, a notification may be sent by email.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
Duties and International Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees that are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
